The proposed new contract will require the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform all base civil engineering tasks and functions which include maintenance and upkeep of Los Angeles Air Force Base (LAAFB) and Military Family Housing at Fort MacArthur, San Pedro, CA. The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed Price Award Fee contract with a basic period of twelve months of performance and four one year options. The services to be acquired include: Management of Work Force, Professional Engineers and Architects, Administrative Support, Maintenance and Repair Shop Technicians/Personnel, Fire Prevention, Environmental Support, and Military Family Housing Maintenance. This proposed acquisition is a small business set-aside.
