The work consists of limited site demolition, construction of a new pre-engineered railroad shop building, including furnishing and installing a 16 ton bridge crane, necessary associated welded trackage (included posted rail), mechanical systems, unit masonry, structural steel, metal necessary appurtenances, cast-in-place concrete, signs, approximately 2,500 feet of bolted track construction (including subballast and ballast), 2 main track turnouts, 2 yard turnouts, full depth asphalt pavement, asphalt overlay, other site utilities, furnishing and installing a chain link fence and gates, excavation, grading, seeding and mulching. This project is located at Cuyahoga Valley National Recreation Area, Brecksville, Ohio.
