Provide all labor, tools, and materials necessary to replace water filtration system at the Gunter Swimming Pool. Demolition and removal of the three filters and associated piping will be included in the replacement costs. Filters will be hi-rate vertical type sand filters made of A-36 carbon steel or approved fiberglass reinforced materials. Pump and strainer shall be sized for the flow rate allowing a 6-8 hour turnover of water (240,000 gallons). All associated piping and fitting shall be PVC schedule 80. All dates are estimated. The proposed project listed here is unrestricted; both small and large concerns may bid. The size standard of this project is that for which a concern, including its affiliates having an average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years shall not be in excess of $7,000,000.
