Each kit is will consist of the following parts: 1 each Technical Directive, Part Number AVC NO.4676; 2 ea Contacts, Part Number M39029/31-241; 1 each Loose Wire Assembly, Part Number 1242638-103; 1 each Panel Assembly, Part Number 1252; 1 each Lens Cap, Part Number 20022-004; 1 each Lens Cap, Part Number 20022-005. The Government will negotiate with only one source, Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Systems, 86 South Cobb Drive, Marietta, GA. The Government does not own the Technical Data Package. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Delivery is required 60 days after contract award, FOB Destination, NAVSURFWARCEN DIV., Crane, IN. Inspection and acceptance of the kits shall be performed by a representative of DCMC at source, prior to shipment. FAR Part 12 procedures will not apply.
