Paid-up object code unix run-time, floating w/one year support. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from Visual Numerics, Inc. as this item is proprietary to and only available from them. The authority is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. Interested firms have 15 days from the publication of this synopsis to submit in writing to the identified point of contact, their qualifications/capabilities.
