J -- REPLACEMENT OF REFRACTORY LINING FOR TWO FURNACES AT U.S. ARMY CHEMICAL AGENT MUNITIONS DISPOSAL SYSTEMS (CAMDS), TOOELE, UTAH SOL DACA87-98-Q-0094 DUE 040798 POC Contract Specialist, Kathy Wallace (256) 895-1145 (Site Code DACA87) Offerors shall provide (other than that provided by the Government) all labor, equipment, and materials for replacement of refractory linings for the Liquid Incinerator Chamber (LIC) and the Metal Parts Furnace (MPF) Volatilization Chamber and Burnout Chamber located at the U.S. Army Chemical Agent Munitions Disposal System (USACAMDS) Activity, Tooele, Utah. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation will be based on past performance and price. Specifications, drawings and detailed evaluation criteria will be set forth in the solicitation scheduled to be issued on or about 7 April 1998.
