Mance 256-876-4002 or Dante Emanuel 256-876-1230 25-The proposed acquisition requires that the contractor provide Maintenance, Supply, and Services (MSS) in order to support and maintain a helicopter fleet consisting of attacks, reconnaissance and utility aircraft in Southwest Asia. This effort includes providing skilled aviation maintenance and supply personnel on a directed manning basis, performing local procurements, and providing a repair and return service. The contractor shall be required to subcontract for Personnel Services Support (PSS) personnel. The PSS personnel shall provide administrative and quality of life support, i.e., housing services, swimming pool maintenance, telephone and utilities, etc., for multiple contractors, United States Government, and host country personnel and provide directed manning personnel in support of host country military infrastructure.
