This synopsis provides for a modification to the requirements specified in a previous synopsis posted on or around February 7, 1998 for U.S. Marshals Service solicitation MS-98-R-0013 for the lease of aircraft. The requirements for specific types of aircraft listed in the synopsis for "727 100/200, DC-9 10/15, and Lear 25 B-D" should be revised to also include "DC-9 all series and Sabreliner 75A/80". Additionally, all orders issued under resulting basic ordering agreements will be synopsized and competed prior to award. Only concerns holding basic ordering agreements will be solicited to participate in the competition(s) for individual orders. All firms who have previously requested a copy of this solicitation need not submit a 2nd request. (0085)
