This work includes but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, transportation and equipment to remove or replace all water damaged drywall, cast iron roof drain elbow, skylight glass, skylight glass seals and paint new and existing drywall surfaces. A firm fixed price purchase order is planned. The magnitude of this purchase order is between $25,000 and $100,000. All interested parties should respond in writing only within 15 calendar days of this notice. A site visit is expected to be held on 21 Apr 98. All quotes are tentatively due 23 Apr 98.
