Indefinite quantity contract to be awarded for a period of one year with a guaranteed minimum of 8% of the total estimated cost. Estimated cost range is $25,000 -- $100,000. The proposed contract is unrestricted, the size standard for which a concern, including its affiliates having sales and receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $7,000,000.
