Work includes general demolition, removal and disposal off-site of asphalt and concrete pavement and asphalt and concrete curbs and concrete side walk. Work also includes street and parking area constructino which includes subgrade preparation, placement of crushed stone base and placement of asphalt pavement. Also included is placement of asphalt overlay including crack rehabilitation and placement of geotextile paving fabric and application of tack coat. The constructin of reinforced concrete entrance apron, sidewalk and curb; placement and seeding of topsoil behind the curb and along edge of pavement; root pruning at edge of pavement; removal and resetting of fence sections, wheel stops and signs; and the marking of parking stalls and handicap parking stalls is also required. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. A total of 7 bid packages will be issued on a first come-first served bases on March 26, 1998. All requests for packages must be submitted in writing to the above address and must include a non-refundable cashier's check, money order or company check in the amount of $35.00.
