This requirement is for the purchase of Medium Power Laser Illumunators (MPLI) on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Negotiations shall be conducted with Insight Technology Inc, Londonderry, NH. The quantity required is 315 each, Insight Technology P/N MPL-001. Delivery is to begin 180 days from date of contract award. Final inspection and acceptance shall be at source by the cognizant DCMAO office with the exception of five (5) initial systems that will have final inspection and acceptance done at NSWC Crane. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Defense Distribution Depot Albany located in Albany, GA. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this agency.
