The purpose of this amendment is to change the proposed contract type that was listed in the original CBD notice (appearing in the CBD approximately on February 13, 1998) for solicitation PR-CI-97-11065. It is now anticipated that the Government will award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Level-of-Effort contract with a Base Period and two (2) one year options. It is anticipated that the base amount of level-of-effort for each period will be approximately 70,000 hours. It further is anticipated that each period will have the option for increased quantity of approximately 35,000 hours. It is currently anticipated that the solicitation will be issued in late April.
