SCOPE: Archetectural Engineering Services to prepare drawings, specifications and cost estimates for a variety of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical repair projects. These projects include: designs for repairs, alterations and modernization of administrative and industrial buildings, including upgrading of office areas, computer rooms, laboratories, barracks, dining areas, recreational facilities, machine shops, and Auxillary Support Buildings for the Philadelphia Naval Business Center. In addition repair and maintenance projects may require environmental remedial work relating to asbestos, lead paint etc. This Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity A & E Service Contract includes a base year with a one year option to extend. All projects will include post construction contract award for review of shop drawings, catalog submittals, consultation during construction work, and preparation of as build drawings.
