Wellington, Contracting Officer (320) 255-6307 Architect-Engineer services to provide all labor, materials and supervision required to design and develop construction plans and specifications for an addition to existing Building #28 at the VA Medical Center, St. Cloud, MN. The addition is to be state of the art clinic space for the purpose of Outpatient Psychiatry with a single floor structure of approximately 13,0000 SF. The project will also include some renovation of the existing space in Building #28 and address access to the new addition as well as parking. Design must be approved by the State Historical Society and concurrence obtained by VA Central Office. Firms must be located within a 175 mile radius of the St. Cloud area. The estimated cost of construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. This is not a request for proposal. All interested firms should submit two copies each of SF-254 and SF-255's no later than April 29, 1998. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this procurement is 8712.
