The cellular and pager contract will require the vendor to provide basic cellular and pager services to the Fort Campbell military installation coverage area, and roaming service CONUS wide. Estimated quantity of cellular and pager devices for this contract is 311. Annual estimated Minutes of Usage (MOU) is 156,900. The estimated annual amount is $150,000. Cellular telephone features will include, but are not limited to; digital bandwidth availability, LCD alphanumeric display, number redial, speed dial, call forward, number storage, call waiting, recharging capability, data capability, and detailed billing. Pager features will include, but are not limited to; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week availability CONUS wide, minimal 16 numeric message slots, show time of day and date, message timestamping, message alert, message lock, low battery alert, and message save when off.
