The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Cleveland, Ohio, intends to contract for Cardiopulmonary Perfusionist Services for VA beneficiaries of the Cleveland VA Medical Center, 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44141. Contractor shall be required to operate cardiopulmonary bypass machine, Pemco Heart Pump with cell saver and other equipment that may be subsequently added; furnish a perfusionist pack (sterile connectors and sterile PVC tubing); and provide cardiopulmonary bypass standby service, which requires 24 hour per day standby. Contract personnel must be licensed in a State. Territory, or commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia. This is a 100 % Total Small Business Set-Aside.
