Furnish flight services, fully contractor operated and maintained, consisting of two Bell 206-L3 type helicopters in support of the National Park Service, Grand Teton National Park, and US Forest Service fire suppression, rappel and shorthaul, and other resource program needs. Each helicopter will be based at Jackson, Wyoming. One helicopter is required for the period of June 5, 1998 through October 24, 1998 and the other helicopter is required for the period of July 15, 1998 through September 30, 1998. The term of these contracts will be one year with options to renew for two additional years. Contractor will be required to be certificated under 14 CFR, Part 133, Rotorcraft External-Load Operations; Part 135, Air Taxi Operators & Commercial Operators; and Part 137, Agricultural Aircraft Operations.
