All sites within the preferred area will be considered; however, sites offered within the following boundaries will receive priority consideration: Within the limits of the village of Valatie. Space requirements are approximately 4,172 net interior sq. ft; and 26,677 sq. ft. of driveway, parking and maneuvering are and 81,300 total developable site (less setbacks). The lease term is for a minimum of twenty years with four five-year renewal options.
