16 -- BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA) FOR PREDATOR MAE UAV POC James St. Jean, Phone (301)757-5895 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Incorporated (GA-ASI) for engineering and logistical supplies and services in support of the Predator Medium Altitude Endurance (MAE) Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). GA-ASI is the sole designer, developer, and supplier of the Predator MAE UAV, and as such, is the only source with the technical expertise and data required to meet the Government's needs.
