The following is provided as clarification to this synopsis/solicitation. The output voltages (120/208 and 254/440) are the lower limit voltage specifications. "Y-connected output" is the same as standard 3-phase, 4-wire. The engine shall be certified to be in compliance with current EPA and SCAQMD requirements. (0090)
