Q -- PHYSICIAN SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF HEALTH UNIT SOL SSA RFP 98-52003 POC Andrew Argiro, Contract Specialist, tel: 212-264-2766, fax: 212-264-2964 The Social Security Administration (SSA), Region II, seeks a licensed physician to provide a wide range of direct health care services in occupational medicine, including non-emergency, emergency and special services. Services shall be performed at the SSA, Northeastern Program Service Center (NEPSC) Health Unit, Jamaica, NY. Contractor shall work a fixed schedule of 15 hours per week Monday through Friday exclusive of Government holidays and occaisional overtime hours as needed. The contractor shall have daily contact with Agency employed nurses, management staff, union representatives, employee counselors and employees. Solicitation to be issued approximately April 27, 1998 with responses due approximately May 29, 1998. Services performed under this contract shall begin on approximately July 15, 1998. Contract is for one year with four one-year option periods. This is a 100 percent small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered.
