The Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC) Office of Compliance Inspections and Examination("OCIE") is seeking one or more contractors to conduct instructor-lead training classes in the following four subject areas: 1) Derivatives,, 2) Debt Securities, 3) Globalized Products, and 4) Brokerage Accounting. Contractors will need to conduct three of the courses "Derivatives, Debt Securities and Globalized Products training" in four different cities for a total of approximately 230 participants in each program. The contractor will conduct Brokerage Accounting in Washington, D.C. for approximately 100 participants. The Commission expects to hold the training programs between August and November 1998. Each contractor, among other things, must supply master training materials, appropriate textbooks, master written examinations, certificates of completion, and the necessary support and coordination to ensure training events run smoothly.
