The building will be a pre-engineered metal building shell with insulation, doors, and windows. All work shall be in accordance with Specification No. 200BK-GO13 and Drawings EMI VXD441213P V1, A1-2, C1, S1 which will be provided separately to those firms requesting a copy of the solicitation. Performance Period is 120 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The estimated price range is between $25,000 to $100,000. The solicitation will be released as soon as practicable whether prior or subsequent to April 14, 1998 with quotations due on or about May 13, 1998.
