Buildings are not all in the same location. Work under this contract is located in Chouteau County Montana. Contractor to provide 2 each, Log Shelter Double Unit and 1 each Log Shelter Triple Unit. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations and will be awarded as a Purchase order approximately May 20, 1998. Contractor will have 40 days to complete this project after Notice to Proceed is issued. Payment protection will be required in the amount of 50% of contract price and 15 days will be given to provide protection after notification of award. Payment protection can be in the form of a certificate of deposit, irrevocable letter of credit or a payment bond. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. (0089)
