This project will be a Request for Proposal for the renovation of existing barrack facilities which include two, three and four module buildings. The existing LBC&W Barracks are located in the 3700 & 4000 blocks of Ft. Campbell, KY. Work includes total demolition of interior non-load bearing partitions, HVAC and Electrical equipment. Renovation includes new drywall and steel stud partitions, mini-kitchen, window replacement, door replacement, new finishes, HVAC upgrade, Electrical upgrade, new standing seam metal roof, and repair, cleaning, and sealing of the exterior facade. The proposals will be evaluated on 1) Administration/Management Information, 2) Past Performance, 3) Proposal Schedule, 4) Price. All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price. SIC for this aquisition is 1542 . Estimated Value -- $25,000,000 to $100,000,000.
