This solicitation is restricted to firms located within the States of Wyoming and Colorado. The project includes contour and fence work for missile sites located in Wyoming, Nebraska and Colorado. Contours includes: Grade to improve drainage, access, and general on-site appearance within the perimeter fence area and access road easement. Removal, repair or installation of various drainage elements. Removal, repair or installation of various erosion control systems such as riprap and geotextiles. Fence repair includes: Repair and/or replace existing gates, relocate specific sections of existing security fence, and repair or replace post, rails fabric, animal barrier, hardware cloth, braces and wires. Prepare and paint existing fencing components. This acquisition is to be a requirements contract with a performance period of one basic year and the possibility of two option years. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Issue date for this solicitation is anticipated to be on or about 1 May 98.
