The work to be done consists of three projects, (A) Platform Extension; (B) New Lighting & Repaving of Parking Lot; (C) Sanitary Drainage Improvements, as further described in the plans & specifications. Offeror should submit a separate proposal amount for each of the three projects, and a total proposal amount for all projects combined. Award will be made based on the lowest total amount for all three projects combined. In order to be considered for award, the contractor's main place of business must be physically located in Puerto Rico. Cost range for all three projects is $400,000.00 to $600,000.00. Solicitation packages will be ready on or about April 14, 1998 at CMA Architects/Engineers at a cost of $100.00 made payable to Disbursing Officer, USPS.
