This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 98-Q-30 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-03. This action is a 100% small business set-aside. The SIC code is 3669 Communications Equipment, N.E.C., and the small business size standard is 750. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract, to the offeror whose quotation conforming to the specification will be the most price advantageous to the Government.
