These changes update the content of the SUO SAS Phase 2 Solicitation Process Document (SPD) and System Capabilities Document (SCD). SPD CHANGES: Changes were made to pages 12 and 14 of the SPD to clarify proposal content and correct a reference; another change was made to the page 19 of the SPD to clarify proposal page count. SCD CHANGES: Changes were made to page 21 of the System Capabilities Document (SCD) to provide a reference for the Force XXI Land Warrior Draft Description / Specification / Work Statement (Rev K) and to modify the reference to the Land Warrior specification to the latest revision. GENERAL INFORMATION: Potential offerors can obtain the full text of these changes to the solicitation, as well as updated copies of the SPD and SCD from the following website: (http://web-ext2.darpa.mil/tto/sas-docs.htm). The updated documents are formatted in Microsoft Word for Windows 95/6.0 and are in revision mode to facilitate quick identification of the changes.
