Dias (904) 232-3737 (Site Code DACW17) Indefinite Delivery Type Contract for cultural resources investigations to be performed in Florida, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. All work will be conducted in compliance with the National Historical Preservation Act of 1966 (PL 89-665) as amended and the Archeological and Historic Preservation Act of 1979 (PL 93-291) as amended, and shall be performed by professionals meeting the appropriate qualifications established in "Archeology and Historic Preservation: Secretary of the Interior's Standards and Guidelines" (48 FR 44716, September 29, 1983). Investigations conducted under the contract may include, but are not limited to: background investigations, archeological survey, architectural assessment and documentation, archeological site testing, National Register of Historic Places eligibility assessments, archeological data recovery, conservation of objects, and construction monitoring. The contractor's staff shall have the capability to read and interpret both English and Spanish language documents and communicate in both languages. Reports and deliverables shall be submitted in the English language. Contract will include a base period and four option years. Technical and Price proposals will be required. Evaluation factors will include, but may not be limited to: (1) Specialized Experience of the Firm; (2) Work plan; (3) Size and Expertise of Firm; (4) Capability to meet schedules and (5) Past Performance of the Contractor. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns, therefore all responsible small business sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency.
