This notice is issued to obtain commercial sources qualified and interested in providing a commercial item proposal prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.602 for Land Mobile Radio Maintenance Services at Hickam AFB, Hawaii. The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform maintenance (repair and preventative), installation, removal, engineering and customer service of land mobile radio assets on Hickam AFB, Hawaii. All equipment is Motorola and is a mixture of conventional, clear voice, secure voice, DES and DES/XL, trunked capable "SECURENET" wide area paging system (VHF/UHF), handheld and mobile radios, base station/repeaters, pagers, remote control units, vehicle adapters, chargers, battery analyzers, scanners, etc. This acquisition is issued on an unrestrictive basis. The SIC Code is 4899. The related small business size standard is $11, 000,000. The contract will be for a basic year and four option years beginning 01 October 98.
