Command has a requirement for supplies and services for the Contractor
to operate and maintain three (3) Government furnished DC-130A
aircraft in support of the Navy sponsored missions throughout the
United States and overseas. A vast majority of the missions will be
staged from Pt. Mugu, California. The Government reserves the right to
increase or decrease the aircraft inventory assigned during the
contract, as may be required. The Contractor shall be solely
responsible for the safety, security and operational capability of the
assigned aircraft. The anticipated period of performance is one base
year plus four one year options. The anticipated solicitation release
