Install, program, and provide training on government owned Motorola Smartnet Trunking System at the 440th Airlift Wing, General Mitchell International Airport, Milwaukee, WI 53207-6299. This procurement is being solicited in accrodance with the Small Business Competitiveness Program and is set aside for Small Business. Work required consists of providing all labor, tools, facilities, and transportation necessary to install, program, and provide training on one each Government owned Motorola Smartnet Trunking System to include the following requirements: 1. Install the Smartnet Controller, including all cabling, grounding and bolting to the floor. 2. Install 4 Trunking repeaters including all cabling, grounding and bolting to the floor. 3. Install 4 Digital Interface Units, (DIU's), including all cabling, grounding and bolting to the floor. 4. Install Combiner and Multicoupler including all cabling, grounding, and bolting to the floor. 5. Install System Watch II. This includes both the PC and RF Modem cabling and grounding. 6. Install Controller Access Software. 7. Install cable tray in the communication room. 8. Set up the various fleet maps for all the communication nets on the base. 9. Program all protables to work in the various combinations of talk groups. 10. program and install (2) new mobiles. Remove (2) old mobiles that are being replaced. 11. Provide (1) seperate day of training on how to set up fleet maps. 12. Provide (1) seperate day of training on how to program portables. 13. Remove the (2) existing positions from the Command Post. 14. Install the (2) operator positions used in the system test in the Command Post. 15. Upgrade the existing Central Electronics Banks and tie them together for use in the trunking system. These are located at the Command Post and Security Police. 16. Upgrade the existing (2) positionsat the Command Post and Install in Maintenance Operation. 17. Upgrade the esisting (1) position console at the Security Police office to function in the trunking System. 18. Upgrade the Compact console. 19. Provide (1) seperate day training on the console operation. 20. Installation of the Transmit antenna, Receive antenna and (380) feet of 7/8" low density foam Heliax transmission line.
