Dyer, 202-395-7665 Executive Office of the President, Office of Administration, intends to award a contract for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to cover approximately 1500 EOP employees. Services will include, professional counseling, case management, EAP awareness training for supervisors (one upon award and periodically thereafter), professional assessment of client needs, employee training on drug-free workplace issues as well as general workplace issues, monthly training reviews, Employee Education Services through seminars and frequent distribution of printed materials, program publicity, supervisory/management consultations with individual managers or groups, as requested, treatment program referral, and work unit group intervention as requested. The employees must have 24-hour accessibility to counseling services. Contractor must provide on-site office hours for four consecutive hours each week. In addition, the contractor must provide on-site office hours at contractor's site in the Washington, DC location, preferably within walking distance or within three subway stops of the EOP complex. Contractor will also be required to provide statistical reports on all work completed such as: counseling sessions, emergency sessions, continuing client intakes categorized by agency, sources of client intake, problems presented at intake, problems assessed at intake, type of referrals outside the EAP, sources of payment for referrals, and other activities.
