Baumgartner (309) 782-8635 email-cbaumgar@ria-emh2.army.mil (Site Code DAAA09) V-The Government is seeking possible sources for the following services: Labor and materials to disconnect, preserve, pack/package, transport, reconnect/reassemble the following equipment from Savanna Army Depot, Savanna, Il to McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester OK: CLIN 0001: 149 pieces of production equipment from the Pilot Model Shop (i.e.lathe, NC mill, jib borer, grinders, quench tank, cabinets and accessories. CLIN 0001AA: one wire cage container, in-process materials and in-process equipment weighing approx 10,000 lbs, CLIN 0002: 20,000 lbs of bulk material from 3 bldgs, CLIN 0003: 17 pieces of test equipment 2 environmental chambers(dismantled and reassembled) 2 vibration tables CLIN 0004: disassemble and reassemble one 50'X50'X12' shipboard trans. simulator (weight 300,000 lbs) with controls and CLIN 0004AA: installation of a foundation for the simulator in CLIN 0004. Service period shall be JAN-AUG 99. The purpose of this notice is to establish a bidder's mailing list, determine applicable socioeconomic program, determine if FAR Part 12(Commercial acquisition) applies and obtain standard industrial practices.
