The base bid will include, but not be limited to, replacing all metal roof pan fasteners to and reseaming approximately 73,000 SF of standing Seam Metal roofing, installing an interior gutter, replacing approximately 5,000 SF of Soffit, repairing Stucco siding, painting the Soffit and Stucco, and miscellaneous repairs to the metal roof pans to a C-5 Aircraft Hangar. The construction schedule and all elements will need to be closely coordinated with the 105th AW Civil Engineering Office. The magnitude of this proposed project is between $100,000 to $250.000. The work will be bid as a lump sum, firm fixed price contract. The anticipated performance time for this project is 120 calendar days after notice to proceed is issued. IFB DAHA30-98B-0006 will be issued on or about 22 April, 1998, with a bid opening date on or about 22 May, 1998.
