The work includes, but is not limited to demolition of an existing 500 square foot pre-engineered metal building; demolition of a cmu/brick veneer room addition to existing Station Maintenance Building; construction of a new 3,200 square foot pre-engineered building; modifications to existing utilities and construction of new utilities. All work is at Coast Guard Station Rockland located in Rockland, Maine. Work also includes Additive Bid Item 1: Demolish existing 5HP compressor and distribution system, and provide new 10HP compressor and distribution system. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification No. DTCG47-98-B-3EFK08. All work shall be completed within 270 calendar days after Award. Plans (half-size), specifications, and all necessary bid documents will be available approximately April 22, 1998 and may be obtained by submitting a check in the amount of $35.00 per set (non-refundable) made payable to the U.
