HIGGINBOTHAM (256) 235-7323 (Site Code DAAC01) Furnish all plant, labor, materials, and equipment and perform all work in strict accordance with the specifications and drawing number IE-079-98 (22 sheets) for the replacement of 6 exhaust fan systems and the construction of new declassification facility adjacent to Building 400 in the Nichols Industrial Complex (East Area). Job consists of, but is not limited to, site preparation and excavation for the new foundations, new building constructed of steel reinforced concrete filled concrete block walls with a reinforced concrete roof over a structural steel frame, new security personnel doors and roll-up doors, new exhaust and heating systems, new electrical lines and service to new building, new electrical lighting and power system, new 30-ton bridge crane and two 3-ton bridge cranes along with all support systems, new booths and exhaust/heating systems, complete, and painting as shown on drawings and specifications; replacement of six ventilation fans for the tunnels under Building 400 with new exhaust systems, relocation of all materials and equipment for clearance of all work as shown on drawings and specifications; a new security system as show on drawings and specifications, and Additive 1, which includes but is not limited to, new burnout booth consisting of steel wall structures, moveable booth roof, exhaust/heating system, and one 3-ton bridge crane and support structure as shown on drawings and specifications. Work will be performed at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Alabama. Estimated magnitude of the project is between $1,0000,000 and $2,000,000.
