The work includes construction of boat storage building; installation of shoreties for one coastal patrol; construction of boat shelter for three trailers boats; installation of chain link fence and motor operated gate; remodeling one male and one female bathroom for visitors with limited accessibility; replacement of two condensing units and associated piping; removal and replacement of existing interior finishes and remove and replace cracked concrete walkway. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses.
