Kiely, Contracting Officer, 202/435-6940 The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate and award an order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures identified in FAR part 13 for training services to Mastering Computers, Phoeniz, AZ 85082-7527 for the a five (5) day course for the period of April 13-April 17, 1998, with the option for two (2) additional 5-day courses in to be exercised at the discretion of the Government by September 30, 1998. This five-day course is a mandatory prerequisite for law enforcement personnel in the computer forensic field. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. See Note 1. Note 22 is also applicable with theexception of 5 days in lieu of 45-days. (0092)
