This will be a sole source procurement to Nancy Kline Leidy PhD,RN using the resources of Medtap International. Ms. Leidy can meet this need with her uniqueness as a former researcher at NIH. This union of expertiC to review existing research based upon the current and projected needs of the NIH/CC. They will be able to provide technical support in protocol implementation and dissemination of activities. Medtap and Nancy Kline Leidy Phd,RN are the only source which can offer assistance that will be consistent with the unique research protocols and programs at the NIH/CC.
