The purpose of this purchase order is to develop benchmarks of leadership strategies, leadership strategy prototypes and blueprints, and further development of the strategic planning process in accordance with the Bureau of Primary Health Care's five mission-driven goals: eliminate health disparities, increase access to primary and preventive care, build integrated delivery systems, improve management systems and create new models of care. The period of performance for this project is one year. JSEA, is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
