D -- CELLULAR TELEPHONE SERVICE POC Lucille Fussell-Lee, Contract Specialist (410) 786-5447 The Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) intends to award on a competitive basis, under the Simplified Acquisition Procedure a firm fixed price award for cellular telephone service. HCFA has a need to contract for cellular telephone service for use by the senior executives and staff who often do not have access to a regular telephone, but must be in contact with the office. Because many of the users are executives conducting critical business, reliability of service and a high degree of responsiveness and customer service is imperative. The contractor is required to provide monthly air access, long distance annual usage charges, voice mail (as needed) and features for 40 to 60 phone service for HCFA staff. HCFA is also requesting to continue to use the same telephone numbers that are currently in use that are from Bell Nynex. A Request-for-Quote (RFQ) will be issued. Requests from all offerors must be faxed to (410) 786-9088 at the attention of Lucille Fussell-Lee. There will be no telephone requests accepted.
