We are soliciting in-kind donations for the Fitness Centers Armed Forces Softball Tournament at Elmendorf Air Force Base to be held 2,3,4,5 July 1998. The Event will be open to all Active Duty personell in the state of Alaska. We are seeking sponsorship/donations in the following forms. Merchandise such as softballs, softball gloves, batting gloves, ball caps, softball bats. Any combination of money or certificates (equal to $4500) for purchase of needed equipment. We are also seeking food and beverage donations for approximately 160 participants. We are requesting donations for the purchase of trophies/awards for this event as well. We will accept all or part sponsorship for this event. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received no later than 15 June 1998. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the Government. (0092)
