Maintenance pricing shall provide for all parts, replacement equipment, labor charges, travel to and from the NETC facility, 24 hour on call service, as well as periodic preventive maintenance checks, and full system 4 software updates for workstation and all peripherals listed. Maintenance must also cover NCS Graphics System Controller. Provide maintenance for NCS Graphic System 4 Series 9, Printers Autoclick System, and High resolution Recorders as follows: NCS Design System 4(9.*) software High Resolution solitaire Film Recorder Autoclick Driver/Raster System Targa Touch-up System High Resolution Capture system with Touchup QCR-D Film Recorder Firms with the capability to perform the required maintenance are invited to submit a copy of their capabilities statement not later than 15 calendar days from the date of this notice. Information furnished shall include 1) The number and professional qualifications of technical and other appropriate personnel; 2) Company experience related to this requirement; and 3) any other literature which demonstrates ability to satisfactorily perform the required maintenance.
