MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF COMMERCIAL TRAVEL OFFICE: The Government intends to issue a sole-source contract to Schedule Airlines Traffic Offices (SATO), 1005 North Glebe Road, Arlington VA 22201, to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform interim management and operation of the commercial travel offices loated at Sheppard AFB TX, Altus AFB OK, and Vance AFB OK. The performance period for CTO services subject to this CBD announcement will be 1 May 98 through 31 Oct 98, with options to 31 Jan 99. The purpose of this interim contract is to allow the Government sufficient time to award a follow-on contract. Responses to this announcement will be evaluated based on the offerors qualification package. Offeror must be fully operation on 1 May 98, fully operation includes necessary licensing, all computer equipment in place, staffing, etc., for all three bases. The Government does not intend to award a contract to other than SATO for this interim.
