All sites within the preferred area will be considered; however, sites offered within the following boundaries will receive priority consideration: within the boundaries of the hamlet of East Chatham and not more than mile from the present location. Space requirements are approximately 2,593 net interior sq. ft; and 20,466 sq. ft. of driveway, parking and maneuvering are and 41,356 total developable site (less setbacks). The lease term is for a base of twenty years with four five-year renewal options. Proposals will be received through May 1, 1998 and must be submitted by principals only on specified forms and in accordance with the official advertisement for space.
