Y -- CONSTRUCT FUEL CELL AND CORROSION CONTROL FACILITY SOL n/a POC Elaine Farabee, 614-336-7430 Services are required for the construction of a new 30,000 square foot Fuel Cell and Corrosion Control Facility at the 121st Air Refueling Wing, Ohio Air National Guard Base, Rickenbacker International Airport, Columbus, Ohio. Services will include construction of an aircraft hangar bay sized for a KC-135 aircraft, various AFFF/electrical/mechanical rooms, bladder repair room, offices and training rooms, locker rooms, media stripping rooms, paint booth room, various storage rooms, and equipment garage. General construction features includes long span structural steel trusses, split face and standard concrete block walls, insulated coiling doors, prefinished insulated metal siding system, translucent panels, prefinished standing seam metal roof, gas fired hot water boiler system and various breathing and shop air systems. Site work includes pavement demolition, earthwork, utility relocation and installation, concrete access apron, concrete sidewalks, asphalt access apron, asphalt drives and parking areas, and landscaping. Special construction features include upward acting fabric hangar doors, AFFF fire protection system, AFFF collection system, and oil water separator. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. This procurement is full and open but will be subject to the SDB bonding evaluation preference procedures. There will a one hundred ($100.00) dollar non-refundable charge for the solicitation package. This is the pre-solicitation phase, do not send payment until the solicitation is issued.
