The roof area is approx. 22,500 square feet. The existing roofing material will be a Built-Up-Roofing (BUR) coal tar system. Existing roof mounted structural supports for mechanical units are to be removed and replaced with new supports. The contractor must be listed; or, have the qualifications to become listed, on the Florida Power & Light (FPL) energy rebate program. Estimated price range is $100,000 to $250,000.
